How does BudSavers.com work?

Am I able to get a refund?

-BudSavers.com will guarantee the return of your purchased voucher any time the participating dispensary, office, or merchant has gone out of business before the voucher expires.  Contact BudSavers.com Customer Service with any questions or concerns about any purchases made through the website. Email info@budsavers.com.

Is my credit card information and personal details secure?

-Yes! BudSavers.com transmits your credit card information by secure _________ directly to _______(the merchant)________.  Your privacy and security is extremely important to us, and only authorized staff may access your information.

How many people are needed to buy the deal before it becomes valid?

-There is no minimum!  If you are interested in a deal, you may purchase the voucher at any time it is valid and use it right away.

I want to change or cancel my order, how do I do that?

-After you have processed and confirmed a voucher purchase, we are unable to cancel or change it. Please see BudSavers.com Terms of Service and FAQ about our return policy.

How long is my voucher valid for?

-Vouchers will have an expiration date identified before you make your purchase.  You do not need to redeem it in the same day of purchase, as long as the voucher does not expire in one day.

When can I start redeeming my vouchers?

-In most cases, instantly, after it is purchased and printed.  Please see individual Deal for any special instructions or restrictions.

How do I get my deal after I purchase it?

-After BudSavers.com processes your order, you will receive an email with your voucher attached to it.  It will also include instructions on how to redeem it.  Be sure to add BudSavers.com to your "safe list" on your email account, to prevent it being put into your Spam box.

How am I able to access my voucher and purchases?

-Two places:  In your registered email, as the voucher will be sent to it immediately after purchase; and in your PURCHASES section of your personal BudSavers.com account.

I am not a valid Medical Marijuana patient.  Can I still buy vouchers?

Yes, anyone may purchase a BudSavers.com voucher, as not all Deals contain Medical Marijuana (i.e. Clothing, Accessories, Books, General Merchandise, etc.).  Do understand that only VALID REGISTERED AND VERIFIED Medical Marijuana patients may purchase and redeem any vouchers that consist of any Medical Marijuana or Medical Marijuana products at a dispensary or collective. 

Is buying a voucher at BudSavers.com legal? 

Absolutely!  BudSavers.com is a service that provides marketing and advertising.  If a voucher involves Medical Marijuana or Medical Marijuana Products, the individual purchaser must meet all legal requirements beforehand in order to even visit a dispensary or collective to redeem the voucher prior to expiration.

Can I buy a BudSavers.com Deal for someone else?

Yes.  See individual Deal for any special instructions or restrictions, in case the participating merchant does not allow gift purchases.  If a voucher involves Medical Marijuana or Medical Marijuana Products, the individual must meet all legal requirements beforehand in order to even visit a dispensary or collective to redeem the voucher prior to expiration.

Can I get money back if I do not use the full value of the voucher?

Vouchers have no cash value, and you will not be able to get cash or credit back if you do not use the full-face value of the voucher.

Am I able to combine Deals with other specials?

BudSavers.com Deals are not able to be combined with other offers or specials.

What if the participating business closed down before I use my voucher?

Vouchers must be used prior to its expiration date.  If any of the participating dispensaries, offices, or merchants go out of business before the voucher's expiration and you have not used it yet, BudSavers.com will refund your purchase, or give you credit towards your next Deal purchase.

When do my vouchers expire?

Each voucher has a unique expiration date, which is clearly identified on the individual Deal before you make your purchase.  After you purchase, the expiration date will also be printed on the individual voucher you receive.  Except where prohibited by law, the details, instructions, and restrictions on any Deal are binding.

How much does it cost to join BudSavers.com?

Nothing, it is free!
